There is a 12x6 metre four bay colourbond steel framed shed on the property. Three lockable tilt doors at the front and a lockable personnel door at the rear.

Concrete floor throughout the main shed. The south end is enclosed with a loft above the end bay with a built in room below containing toilet and shower. The loft floor is tongue and groove random rainforest  timber.
